Community meetings began in January of 2016 to discuss the state of Health & Human Services in Grand County. The goal of the meetings was to share information about the complexity of Grand County’s Health and Human Service system and begin a conversation to identify possible solutions for long-term, 3-5 year change in the existing health and human services industry. In the fall of 2016, Grand County Rural Health Network, in collaboration with Public Health, conducted a peer-led community survey to assess overall quality of life and access to healthcare and support services in Grand County. Data collected will be used to identify possible restructuring of the services we do have, in order to make it more efficient and effective for the people receiving these services.
Our data presentation of our Health and Human Services Long-Term Solution will be Monday March 27, 2017 noon-2:00pm at the Granby Library. We will provide a light lunch. Please call Jen Fanning at 970-725-3477 if you would like to attend so we can provide enough food.
