The Network's Programs and Services are the heart and soul of the organization.  It is through our programs that we are best able to achieve our goals of providing access to care for all of Grand County's residents and visitors.

A.C.H.E.S.?

Health Advisor?

P.A.I.N.S.?

The Advocacy for Children's Health and Education Services (A.C.H.E.S.) program provides medical, dental and mental health care services, through vouchers and mobile vans, to uninsured children who qualify financially.   

The Health Advisor Program offers a FREE and confidential telephone Hotline which connects callers to a registered nurse for health information and referrals.  Call Center hours are 7am-11pm, Mon - Friday.

The Partners for Adults in Need of Services (P.A.I.N.S.) Program provides vouchers for medical care services to uninsured adults who qualify financially
